Obituary:
Feno F. Busi, 93 of Brunswick and formerly of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Diplomat Nursing Home in North Royalton. He was born February 6, 1917 in Homer City, Pennsylvania to Louis and Angelina Busi. He was a United States Army veteran serving in WWII and was wounded in Le Havre, France as part of D-Day. He was a maintenance worker in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Busi married Helen Rura in 1945 and moved to Cleveland from Homer City, PA. They moved to Brunswick in 1986. He and Helen had three sons: Donald (Cathy), Rick (Eva), and Ed (Barb) Busi. He was blessed with eight grandchildren: Daniel (Becca), Dominic, Rachel, Christopher, Kate, Anna, Sarah, and Louie (deceased). He was the great-grandfather of Brett, Alivia, and Ava. He is survived by his brother Vince (Helen) Busi; sisters Louise (James) Antoniak and Mary Myers. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ben, Robert, and John. Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Ambrose Parish with Fr. Greg Olszewski officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 3176 Fairmount Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44118.
