Brenda L. “Rita Marie” Vance, 53, of Garrettsville, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2017 in the comfort of her home. She was born on November 15, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio to Danny and Ruth O’Neil.
She enjoyed shopping & buying lottery tickets. Brenda was a people person and she never met a stranger! She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughter, Kandice.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Bill of Garrettsville; children, Brittany Stettin, Joshua Vance, Noel Vance and Rebecca Vance; granddaughter, Kandice; mother in law, Sylvia Devault; brother, Brian O’Neil; sisters, Patty (Chris) Spencer and Sandy (David) Anchelik.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Honoring Brenda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date
