Charlie Otto Bayer, 71, passed away in the early hours of the morning on Thursday, March 22, 2018. He was born April 3rd, 1946 the eldest of 5 siblings. Charlie grew up in Kingston, PA, moved to Port Jervis, NY, where he competitively wrestled, played football and earned himself a scholarship to attend Rutgers University.

Charlie was known for his perseverance and intellect. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Agnes (nee McGoey); siblings, Dennis and Mary-Lou.
