DR. DALE W. BLAINE
December 5, 1938 — March 23, 2018
Dr. Dale W. Blaine, age 79, passed away March 23, 2018 after a brief illness. He is survived by his beloved son, Timothy W. (Michelle) Blaine and Agnes Scot Lucas; loving grandfather to Anna and Aaron Blaine; special friend of Mary Bob Kramer and Dee Price.
Dr. Dale graduated from Fairview High in Fairview, OH, and The Ohio State University in both undergraduate and graduate schools. Upon graduation of dental college, he enlisted in the U.S.A.F. After his service, he practiced dentistry for 33 years in Seven Hills, OH, retiring in 1998.
In his earlier years, he loved playing basketball and softball with the Akron Silver League. He also had a passion for his model railroading. He loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved animals and wished donations go to your local animal shelter for support.
There will be a one-hour Visitation on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the Lithopolis Cemetery, Canal Winchester, OH, prior to the 11 AM Service time. Please meet at the cemetery mausoleum.
