JUDITH LEE KURTZ

Judith Lee (Whitford) Kurtz, age 70 of Brunswick, Ohio passed away on May 23, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic Main Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1946 to Gerrans and Lucille (nee Nash) Whitford.
Judy, during her 50 years as a nurse, started at St. John’s Hospital where she fulfilled her passion as a labor and delivery nurse. She went on to become a pioneer in intravenous nursing in the greater Cleveland area and was the Head of Cleveland’s Intravenous Nursing Society. She enjoyed and cherished her beloved friends and family, especially her grandchildren and her passion for them was shown through her photography of their lives.
Judy will be dearly missed by her son; Brian (Sarah) Kurtz, daughter; Susan (Timothy) Kurcz, grandchildren; Mason, Alexandria, Caden, Henry and Ava, also her former spouse and loyal companion William G. Kurtz.
In honoring Judy’s wishes cremation has taken place. All Services are private.
