Malinda G. “Millie” Carpenter, 54, of Bedford Heights, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 9, 2018. She was born on March 28, 1963 in Ravenna, Ohio to James and Elva (Stout) Carpenter.
The most important thing to Millie was her family!
Millie is survived by her children, Michael (Caitlin Selby) Horne of Streetsboro, Timothy Horne of Bedford Heights and Amanda Etter of San Diego; siblings, Eddie Carpenter of Ravenna, Donnie (Karen) Carpenter of Freedom, Eric Carpenter of West Virginia and Teresa (Sam) McGarvey of Garrettsville; grandchildren, Alaina “Buggy” Etter, Jameson “Goomas” Etter and Michael “Noochie” Horne and special friends, Bestie Heidi Dunn and the rest of the Hilton Garden Inn Crew.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Carpenter.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018, 1 PM at Garrettsville United Methodist Church, 8223 Park Ave, Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 with Rev. Richard Thewlis officiating. Burial to be held at a later date in Drakesburg Cemetery.
