ROBERT MATTHEW ORITI

Robert Matthew Oriti passed away unexpectedly January 26, 2016 from complications after heart surgery. He was born June 22, 1952. He was the oldest of the 5 children of Nick and Alice (nee Mayher) Oriti. Loving husband of Janet (nee Peterson). Brother of Linda (Mick) Sobie, Lisa (Tom) Norder, Allen (Ann) Oriti, and Jason Oriti. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Robert was a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area. He worked in various fields throughout his life, including being a CNC machinist at Tremont Tool and Gage. Later in life, he went back to college and earned a degree in accounting. He graduated with honors from Weatherhead School of Management, a private business school of Case Western Reserve University.

Friends may join the family for visitation Friday, January 29, 2016 from 4 to 8 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:30 am at St. Colette Catholic Church, 330 W. 130th St, Brunswick, OH 44212. There will be a visitation one hour prior to Mass at 9:30 am (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Robert to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or St. Colette Educational Fund, 330 W. 130th St, Brunswick, OH 44212.
