Hobson (nee Arbogast), 81, of Brunswick passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2011. She was born May 19, 1930 in Morgantown, West Virginia to Blaine and Madge (nee Summers) Arbogast. She loved golfing and gardening, and was a member of the VFW Ladie’s Auxiliary Post 9520. Betty passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Betty is survived by her devoted husband James; loving children Samuel, Connie Thompson, Debbie (Jeff) Eyman, Bobetta, and her sisters Pearl, Sue and Hazel, nine grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son James, and brothers George, Jack and Dale. Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick.
