Blaise Anthony Patrick, age 57, of Medina, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Parma Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Blaise was born on March 30, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was employed as a Diesel Mechanic for Ohio CAT Company for over 30 years. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local #18.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and fishing.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Tammy Lynne (nee Pierce); mother, Mary Ann Patrick, of Brunswick; loving daughters, Amanda (Derrick) Gullen, of Norton, Katrina (fiancé Nathaniel Milhoan) of Akron; cherished grandchildren, Cora and Braelyn Gullen, dear siblings, Gerald (JoLyn) Patrick, of Reading, PA, Cheryl (Allan) Granda of Valrico, FL, Mark (Robin) Patrick, of York, SC, Paul (Patty) Patrick, of Brunswick, and Thomas (Kathi) Patrick of Medina; parents – in – law, Irene and Sonny Jones, of Brunswick and sister- in- law, Sherri (Paul) Bunder, of Broadview Heights, and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Gerald Patrick, and brother, Michael Patrick and sister, Kathleen Knox.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
The Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick were entrusted to handle the arrangements.
