City:WindhamVisitation Details:Calling hours are 5-7:30 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the funeral home.Service Details:Funeral services will be at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home on Thursday.Photo: Obituary:Bonnie Jean Boxler, 69, of Windham, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at her residence in the presence of her loving family. She was born December 29, 1941 in Barberton, Ohio to Glen and Daisy Jean (Tichon) Gilbert. Bonnie was a homemaker. She was very active in fund raising for the March of Dimes. She enjoyed traveling, camping, scrapbooking, reading, sewing, embroidery, and cooking. Bonnie is survived by her husband, William of Windham, whom she married October 3, 1970; children, Christopher (Dana) Boxler of California; Joseph (Sandy) Boxler of Rootstown; Paul Sites of New Jersey, Brian Sites of Windham, Nicholas Boxler of Newton Falls, Keith (Tammy) Sites of Ravenna, and Gregory Boxler of Windham; sister, Beverly Thompson of Cuyahoga Falls; nephew, Don Jovich; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stephen, William, Josh, Anthony, Olivia, Heather, Kayla, Alanah, Allyson, Nicholas, and India; and great grandchild Wyatt. Bonnie was preceded in death by her son Stephen, grandson Erik, and her parents.
