Medina passed away unexpectedly on October 20, 2011. He was born April 17, 1984 in Parma, Ohio to Gerald and Linda (nee Awarski ) Scott. Brian was a Special Education Teacher and graduate of Holy Name High School and Hiram College and he was continuing his education at Notre Dame Graduate School. His loving passion was helping people, tutoring learning disabled individuals and reading. He will be greatly missed by his parents, brother James and sister Heather, grandmother Dorothy (nee Javorsky) Awarski-Schultz. Brian was a beloved nephew and friend of many. Brian will live on as he choose to be a Life Banc Donor. Preceding him in death were his grandfather Zeineth Awarski, and grandparents; Norman “Buster” and Mary Jane Scott.
