CHARLES ERVIN KESTER

Photo: Obituary: Charles Ervin Kester, 57 of Windham, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. He was born February 29, 1956 in Warren, Ohio. Charles was a spiritual advisor. Chuck always considered his daughters his greatest accomplishments. Some of his best memories were from watching his Windham Bombers, variety shows, and choir concerts. Later in life he also found great joy as “Papa” to Bella and Nate Dunn. He is survived by his daughters, Katie of Austintown, Sara of Maryland and Rachael of Austintown; brothers, Dick (Kathy) Kester of Garrettsville and Kenneth (Cindy) Kester of Vienna; sisters, Linda Goff of Champion, Bette Kester of Garrettsville, Sandy (Harry) Rohrman of Fowler, and Pamela (Ronnie) Thompson of Windham; and his former wife, Renee Kester of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents Herbert “Pap” and Luella “Granny” (Morgan) Kester; brothers, Herb and Jimmy; sisters, Kathy, Jeanne, and Penny. Calling hours are 6-8 PM on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
