Carol F. (nee Brown) Evan, age 81, of Valley City, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at her home, following a short illness.
She was born on July 4, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Elmer and Mary (nee Caine) Brown.
Carol was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, and the Roller Skating Association of America. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving son, Mark Evan of Valley City; and her dear brother, Jim Brown.
Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, John Evan.
The family will receive friends for Mass for Carol on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 10 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick. (EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT CHURCH) Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City. Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick were entrusted to handle the arrangements.
