Carol Rose Fortlage (nee Turk), age 73, of Medina, passed away August 11, 2019. She was born July 3, 1946, in Cleveland, OH to the late Carl and Rose (nee Kiss) Turk.
Carol enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She will be missed by her loving husband of 52 years, Paul; children, Nicole (Jamie) Robbins, Keith (Spring); sister, Donna Demerling; grandchildren James (Mishka), Brianna, Tyler, Michaela, Hayden; great grandchildren, Arianna and Gabriella.
Friends may join the family for a Celebration of Carol’s Life on Thursday, August 15, from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 16, at 11:00AM at the funeral home.
