CAROLYN S. CHISM

Carolyn Chism-Prudic, age 61, of Hinckley Township, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019. She was born on July 24, 1957 in Cleveland, OH to the late Mark and Mary Jo (nee Greene) Chism.
Carolyn looked forward to attending the Medina County Fair and won best of show for her tomatoes. She was a paraprofessional and worked with disabled children in the Medina City School System. She was loved and respected by all the children she worked with. Carolyn also worked for the Board of Zoning Commission for Hinckley Township.
She will be dearly missed by her beloved fiancé, Joe Prudic; children, Michael (Nancy Peck) and Rochelle Prudic; and grandsons, Jason and Chris.
Friends may join the family for Carolyn’s visitation on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Carolyn on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. John Bosco Church, 6480 Pearl Road, Cleveland, OH 44130, OH (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment will be on a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery.
