Chad S Davies, age 44, of Medina, passed away January 8, 2019. He was born on July 17, 1974 in Cleveland, OH to Ken and Alicia (nee Janusczok) Davies.
Chad was a loving husband and father who loved to have a good time and facilitated in others having a good time as well. He was a Strongsville native and studied accounting at what is now known as Baldwin Wallace University. He was a partner at Grant Thornton LLC, the accounting firm to which he had been employed since 2002.
He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife, Jennifer; son, Evan and daughter, Lauren; parents, Ken and Alicia; father in-law, Jack Just; siblings, Cory (Michelle) Davies, Kristyn (Adam) Petty, and Jerrod (Kara) Davies; sister in-law, Jackie (Scott) Payne; nephews and nieces, Maria, Nick, Camryn, Addison, Logan, and Nathaniel.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Sophia Janusczok, and Rhys and Betty Davies; and Virginia Just.
Friends may join the family for Chad’s visitation on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A private Funeral Service will be held for Chad at the funeral home with Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Chad’s name to The Epilepsy Association ( http://www.epilepsyinfo.org ) 2831 Prospect Ave., Cleveland, OH 44115
