CHERYL PYLES

Cheryl Pyles, 65, of Windham, passed away, on Friday February 22nd, 2019. She was born in Morgantown, West Virginia to Harold and Helen (Larew) Pyles on August 3, 1953.
She was a proud 1971 Windham High School Graduate. Cheryl also graduated from Youngstown State University with her teaching degree and from Kent State University. Following her teaching career, she worked at Robinson Memorial Hospital and eventually retired from the Portage County Courthouse. Cheryl was a faithful member of the Windham United Methodist Church.
Cheryl will be deeply missed by her loving brother and sister in law, Terry and Lil Pyles of Ravenna; nieces Christina Allen Pyles of Ravenna and Angela Stier of Ravenna; great nieces Alicia Latimer, Mickey Pyles-Stier and great nephew Aidan Pifer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, great nephew Tre Vaughn Pyles and great niece Terian Stier.
Please join Cheryl’s family for visitation on Tuesday February 26, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. A funeral service for Cheryl will be held on Wednesday February 27, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Windham Township Cemetery.
The family would like to offer a special Thank You, to Camille Sene, for all the care she gave Cheryl and her cat Tiger.
