DAVID ANDREW BERISH

David A. Berish, 71, of Garrettsville, passed away at his home in the presence of his loving family on Saturday, June 4, 2011. He was born February 27, 1940 to Andrew and Helen Berish in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

David was a sales and marketing manager and retired from Dekron-Unitherm after 46 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his beloved family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Kathy (Steadley); children Davidia (Thomas) Stanish of Chardon, David (Sharon) Berish of Mantua, and Dana Eggert of Garrettsville; brother John (Judy) Berish of North Carolina; grandchildren Nicholas Iacovone and Chelsea Stanish of Chardon, Samantha and Courtney Berish of Mantua, and Kayla Matthews, Noah Eggert; and great grandchild Brayden Hobbs of Garrettsville.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, from 4-8 P.M. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 11A.M. with Fr. Leo Wehrlin officiating. Cremation to follow.
