DAVID L. NOBILI

David L. Nobili, 77, of Medina, OH passed away December 16, 2021, dearly beloved husband of Patricia (Walcutt) of 55 years.
David earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio. As he was pursuing his JD from Cleveland Marshall Law School he enjoyed a career as a history/government teacher in the Brunswick City Schools. Upon earning his law degree and passing the bar exam he went in to private practice where he remained and spent his career at Leary, Schifko, Nobili and Lang. David was not one to enjoy the spotlight and preferred to quietly support those in the community through various efforts behind the scenes. As a long time advocate for education, David was the founder of the Cuyahoga Heights Alumni Association Scholarship fund which supports graduating seniors from Cuyahoga Heights High School, his alma mater, to pursue their college education.
He loved everything baseball and was a long time Yankee fan and collector which earned him much chagrin from his Cleveland family and friends over the years. Upon retirement, David enjoyed traveling, visiting dozens of countries over six continents.
David is survived by his wife Patricia; dearest father of Denice (Edward) Fink and Laura (Joseph) Taddeo; grandfather of Isabel, Morgan, Laci, Henry and Alex; brother, James (Robyn) and nephew, David; sister-in-law, Sandy (Dave) Sekeres. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Jeanette Nobili and grandson, Maxwell.
