DAWN M. BYERS

April 8, 1972 - April 4, 2022

Dawn M. Byers, 49, of Hiram, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 4, 2022. Dawn was born on April 18, 1972, in Ravenna, Ohio, the daughter of late Jim and Carole Byers. Dawn was a strong vibrant woman with a great sense of humor who loved life to the fullest. Family was everything to her including her Fur-babies Xena, Bullsy & Wanda. Dawn enjoyed family camping trips, sitting by the fire, lounging in the pool cocktail in hand, relaxing on the beach, crafting, music & traveling to new places. She had a talent for bringing out the best of everyone around her & gained a special place in the hearts of all who knew her, she was a loyal devoted friend. Dawn worked her way up the corporate ladder to become the Health & Safety Manager of Rotek where she was employed for 26 years. In addition to both her parents, Dawn was also preceded in death by her brother Randy Crago & Brother-in-Law Ray Dickson. She leaves to cherish her memory, Sisters: Debbie & Craig Cavalier, Carole & Joe Takacs, Brother: Donnie & Kathy Byers. Nieces Jessica, Debbie Tracy. Nephews: Brian, Chris, Jermiah, Chad, Lee, Daniel, Curtis and many great nieces & great nephews who she loved watching grow. A visitation will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. There will be followed by a funeral procession to Hillside Cemetery in Mantua, where a graveside service will be held.
