Diane Mullenax, 78, of Windham Township, joined her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 3, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, on January 10, 1944, to the late Harold and Alberta (nee Beck) Headley.
There are few people in this world who see the good in all people, who always fought for the underdog, and who walked the walk of love and faith. Diane was always quick to give to the needy and pick up the burdens of the wanting; there was no burden on this Earth that her laughter couldn’t carry you through. There was no sadness that she couldn’t turn into a smile. No woman or mother has ever fought harder to lift up their children, family, and friends; her family was everything to her! The bible says it best, “Her children will rise up and call her blessed.”, but her family was the blessed ones.
Diane will be deeply missed by her loving husband Robert, with whom she was blessed to share 59 years of marriage; children, Romona (Paul) Berg and Brenda (Clay ) Brock; grandchildren, Jessica Brock, Bonnie (Damon) Puckett, Blake Warden, and Emily Sierra Berg; siblings, Ed Headley, Nancy Gorby, Cindy (Paul) Caputo, William McCartney; fur-babies, Skeeter, Riley, Scooby, and Yukon Cornelius, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her loving family was lucky enough to have a Celebration of Life with Diane before she passed, so they could honor and celebrate Diane's life with her. All services for Diane are private as she wished. Care for Diane was entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville, Ohio 44231.
