DIANNE L. LOUGH

Dianne L. Cates Lough, 64, of Garrettsville, passed away on Saturday February 23, 2013 after a brief illness. She was born February 26, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio to Daniel and Jeanne (Bishop) Cates.

Dianne was a great humanitarian. Her daily passion was volunteering for many civic organizations, providing food for families for every occasion, organizing and collecting toys, coats and shoes for children. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed feeding them. She loved her pet cats. Dianne cherished spending time with her beloved family and friends.

Dianne is survived by her loving husband Dusty of Garrettsville; children, Dusty Wolfe of Garrettsville, Angela (Ryan) McCoy of West Virginia, and David Lough of Garrettsville; grandchildren, Landon Wolfe, Lily Wolfe, Libby Martin and Annabelle, Abigail, Isaac, Josiah McCoy, Austin, Zane, and Memphis Lough, Fallon Fairbee, Cody Fairbee; great-grandchildren, Paris, and Gage; mother Jeanne Louise of Garrettsville and mother-in-law, Frankie Lough of West Virginia; sister, Barbara (Bill) Whittenberger of Leavittsburg; brother, Larry Cates of Hiram; half brother Daniel (Donna) Wolski of Maryland; nephews Kristian and Brian Sizemore; niece Annah Cates; great-niece, Brianna Lough; aunts, Doris (Kenneth) Cope and Bonnie Mallory; uncles, Robert (Winifred) Bishop, Donald (Sally) Bishop; cousins Virgil (Melinda) Bishop and Gregory Bishop; and brother-in-law Sonny “Pap” Greathouse.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Renee Fairbee; father, Daniel; brother, Scott Cates; uncle, Wayne Bishop; cousin, Marty Bishop, and former son-in-law, Blake Wolfe.

Memorial visitation will be from 4-5:30 PM on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Garrettsville United Methodist Church, 8223 Park Ave., Garrettsville, OH 44231 where the memorial service will begin at 6 PM with Rev. Kris Patt officiating. Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231 have been entrusted with arrangements.
