DONNA LEE KWIECIEN

Donna Lee Kwiecien (nee Boening), age 68, of North Royalton, passed away on July 15, 2019. She was born on July 13, 1951, in Detroit, MI, to the late William and Leona (nee Kernkamp) Boening .

You may ask what made Donna the loving caring person that she grew to be. At an early age she was involved in the Mason's Children Rainbow Group, then became a member of The Order of The Eastern Star. These principles stayed with her as she became a Registered Nurse. Her career of helping people led her to get her Master’s Degree in Human Resources, where she continued to work in the medical field. As Manager, Director and Vice President of HR at various hospitals, she continued to help all she met establish a solid foundation in life.

This compassion for others was not confined to the wall of a hospital. Her zest for love and life carried through to her family and friends. As a loving wife, mother, sister, cousin, grandmother and friend she made sure all were happy and loved. Whether it was a family Christmas at home or cruising the Caribbean her heavenly smile filled the air.

From meeting the Beatles to multiple shows of ”A Night With Janice Joplin”, Donna loved music. I'm sure the heavens are rocking with her spirit, the love of God and all that she met. A person that will be truly missed.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Edmund; dear children, Melissa (Troy) Pelky-Mosson, Edmund III (Lindsay), Jeffrey (Lorie), Candace; sister, Sandra Campbell; cherished grandchildren, Taylor, Gracie, Kinzie, and Izzy.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, July 20, 2019, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at Christ Church, 23080 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station, OH 44028. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00PM. Pastor Dominic Verdell, officiating.
