DORIS JEAN GOFF

Doris Jean Goff, 88, of Medina, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 25, 2022.
Born on September 8, 1933 in Coloma, Michigan, to the late Carl and Dorothy (Hathaway) Hingst. She graduated from Coloma High School where she was known for her infectious laugh, love of dancing and a beautiful smile. She married the love of her life Jim (James) Goff in 1957 and they built an amazing life together for 65 years. Jim remained by her side until her last moment.
Aside from Jim, Doris had one true love - her family. She loved the sunshine, shopping with her best friend, traveling, telling stories, holding babies, driving with the top down in her cherry red convertible, cooking for her family, dancing, big band music, and photographs of the ones she loved the most.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim, their three children Lynn Wise (Kenny) of Litchfield, Mike Goff (Denise) of Toledo, and Tom Goff (Sally) of Valley City, their grandchildren Chris Goff (Leen), Cyron Goff (Susan), Carla Goff, Ryan Goff (Amber), Jamie Karam (Michael) and Jenna Wise, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her Brother Denis (Linda) Hingst, nieces and nephews and lifelong childhood friend Bonnie Cooper.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Chad Goff, and her best friend Sharon Elder.
