DOROTHY F. PURSLEY

Dorothy F. Pursley, age 83, resident of Medina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. She was born on February 22, 1930 in Spencer, West Virginia. She married Bernard Pursley and was a loving wife and mother.
Dorothy was an avid amateur photographer; she loved animals, and cherished her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed; by her daughter Linda(Bill) Friedline; grandchildren, Vicky (John) Congrove, Christy (Jeff) LeBlanc, Rick (Lisa) Friedline; great-grandchildren, Rob, Nick, and Tyler Congrove also Holden, and Haley LeBlanc.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bernard and her mother Mabel Sommers.
The family invites friends for Visitation on Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 1 to 3 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt.18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Service to follow at 3 PM. Pastor Pete Ryder officiating. Burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Wadsworth, Ohio following Service.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to Hospice of Medina County 5075 Windfall Road, Medina, Ohio 44256.
