Douglas Jacobson, 61, beloved Brother and Father, was called to his eternal resting place on September 24, 2018. He entered this world on June 30, 1957 in Warren, Ohio, born to Lloyd and Anne Jacobson.
He is survived by his children Lindsey (Andrew) Grischow and Zachery (Amanda) Jacobson; grandchildren Avrey, Ariel, Camren, Luke, Caden, and Myles; siblings Cheryl (George) Macek, Tim (Bonnie) Jacobson, Pam (Leroy) McCumbers, Polly (Tom) Justham, and Missy (Brady) Wagers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Service to follow at 7 PM with Dr. Michael E. Carlson officiating. Burial to be held at a later date in Drakesburg cemetery.
