EARL MILTON SPENCER

Earl Milton Spencer, age 75, of Brunswick, Ohio, passed away on November 30, 2013. He was the son of Alva Earl and Bernice (nee Drae) Spencer. He was born on October 5, 1938 in Carrollton, Ohio.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and son who loved his family very much. Earl was an avid fisherman who enjoyed spending time at the trailer and with his family and friends.
Earl will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 42 years Susan (nee Schlenkerman); his children, David, Donald (Ethel), Michael (Kyra), Patricia, Amy (Eric), Lori and Lisa; grandchildren, Scott, James, Jessica, Michelle, Samantha, Megan, Danny, Kevin, Racheal, Tasha, Tara, Matthew, Ryan, Alex, Matthew, Amanda, Kayleigh, Hannah, Tony and Sarah; three great grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Susan) Spencer and James Norma) Sharkey; sisters, Jean (David) Curtis, Barbara (Gerald) Dienes and Emma Sharkey; sister-in-law, Roxanne Penick.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Gary Penick and Joseph Sharkey.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Pastor Don Poest will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, Greater East Ohio Area Chapter, 1815 W. Market Street, Suite 301, Akron, Ohio 44313
