EDWARD "TED" CRAWLEY

Edward “Ted” Crawley, 67 of Brunswick passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 in Brunswick. He was born May 8, 1943 in Central Falls, Rhode Island to Thomas and Eileen (nee Gibson) Crawley.

He was a United States Air Force veteran. Ted was a retired corporate accountant and business manager. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus # 4847, 4th Degree and was a member of Medina County chapter of NAMI. He was a current member of Holy Name Society of St. Colette Church in Brunswick. He was a former President of AARP in Brunswick. He was a past member of St. Ambrose Parish. He loved his family, grandchildren and his Catholic faith.

Ted is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Pauline (nee Bissonnette) Crawley; his daughters Beth Kamentz of Brunswick and Rebecca Crawley of Parma; brother Dennis (Janice) Crawley of Rhode Island; sisters-in-law Linda Crawley of New York and Claire Crawley of Rhode Island; devoted Papa of Tommy, Ayanna and Rose and beloved uncle to many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Thomas and Daniel Crawley.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, January 14, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Colette Parish, 330 W. 130th Street, Brunswick. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City, Ohio.

Family suggests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers be made to Oaks Family Care Center building fund, 4196 Center Road, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.
