Ellene M. Ford (nee Payne), age 92, of Medina, passed away on April 8, 2020. She was born on February 10, 1928 in Wellsville, OH to the late Thomas and Elizabeth (nee Chisholm) Payne.
Ellene enjoyed family, music, travels to Oregon, humor, gardening and house remodeling tv programs.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Sharon Brown, son, Don Ford; daughter-n-law, Carol Ford, Nieces Kathy (Ralph) Kluchar, Winnie (Jim) Sitko, 5 grandchildren Matt (April), Jason (Kim), Erica (Jeff), Jimmy & Timmy (Junko), 8 great grandchildren; Liam, Tate, Preston, Payton, Piper, Ford, Michael & Gabe and her very close friends Carol & Klaus Arsenijevic.and Jackie, her nurse Practitioner
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ford Sr., Phillip Berne, her friend and companion, son-n-law, Larry Brown, brother Lynndale (& Joyce) Payne, Sisters Mildred Payne and Mary Maple, Niece Lynn (&John) Welniak & Rob & Tom Payne
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A private family interment will be held at Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Valley City, OH.
To honor her wishes, donations may be made in Ellene’s name to the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) 8790 Guilford Rd., Seville, OH 44273.
