Photo: Obituary: Florence J. Honeycutt (nee Pawlus), age 88, of Quaker City, passed away at her daughters’ home surrounded by her family. She was born to Daniel and Mary (nee Wiesniski) Pawlus on September 18, 1924 in Cleveland, OH. She enjoyed camping, bingo and game shows. She most loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Albert and their children, James Honeycutt of Cleveland,OH, Mary Ann (David) Kriak of Brunswick, OH, Patricia (George) Jay of Litchfield, OH; siblings, Walter (Barbara – deceased) Pawlus of Texas, Frank (Delores – deceased) Pawlus of Mantua, Oh, Carol (John) Patera of Perrysburg, OH, John (Karen) Pawlus of Valley City, OH, Edward (Barbara) Pawlus of North Olmstead, OH, Rose (Joe) Piazza of Cleveland, OH, Dorothy (John – deceased) Rice of Key West, FL, Helen (Ed) Mancuso of San Bernardino, CA, and Theresa Gill of Brunswick, OH; Grandchildren Kim (James) Colbert, Lorrie Jay, Christine Poroch, Daniel (Gretchen) Honeycutt, Julie (Corey) Rader, Jody (Allison) Kriak, Jennifer (John) Reale, Carrie (David) Hammond, Jenny (Ted) Coffman, Harold(Shainee) Rice, Misty Robinson, Melinda Jay and Martin (Darcie) Jay; 27 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law Kathy Honeycutt of Medina, OH. She is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Honeycutt and her daughter and son-in-law, Josephine (Harold) Rice, a brother and four sisters.Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Carlson Funeral Home, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile south of Rt. 303) Brunswick, OH. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday May 20, 2013 at Our Lady Help of Christian Parish, 9608 Norwalk Road, Litchfield, OH at 11:00 am with the celebrant Rev. Ronald Berta officiating , followed by interment at Litchfield Cemetery. (PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH FOR MASS).
