GAIL E. BALL

Gail E. Ball (nee Snyder), age 79, of Hinckley, Ohio, passed away on February 5, 2014. She was the daughter of Neil and Dorothy (nee Elwood) Snyder. She was born on May 8, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Gail was very active in the community; she was a volunteer at the Red Cross, Brunswick Food Pantry and Bennett’s Corner’s Methodist Church. She was a mother to many people. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who loved spending time with her family.

Gail will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 63 years Kenneth Sr.; children, Kenneth Jr., Dwayne (Cindi) Ball, Kimberly Burkey, Laura (Richard) Renz and John (Merideth) Ball; grandchildren, Lee Ann, Kendra, Brian, Shauna, Elizabeth, Jessica, Allison, Erin and Xander and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Terry Ball and son-in-law, John Burkey.

Friends may join the family for a visitation on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 11AM-12 PM at Bennett’s Corners Methodist Church, 47 West 130th Street, Hinckley, Ohio 44233. A memorial service will follow on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 12:00 PM at the church, with Pastor Marta Mathatas officiating. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes to have any donations made in memory of Gail to The Brunswick Food Pantry, 1255 N. Carpenter Road, Brunswick, OH 44212.
