Genevieve Portia Beirne 87, of Medina passed away unexpectedly on Dec 30, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Genevieve was born on Dec 10, 1934, to John and Elenora (nee Kelly) Corcoran. Genny was the loving wife of Martin (deceased), mother of Kim Beirne, Martin "Joe" Beirne Jr. (Libby) and Dianne Blazek (Robert). Grandmother to Robert, Sean, Martin and Patrick. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren almost as much as she loved her Irish Heritage, HSN network, Rush Limbaugh, her cat, Squishy and, her Misty Pink Cigarettes. Genny will be laid to rest with her husband, Martin on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11:15am, at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273. In lieu of flowers, please grab a cup of coffee, and take the time to tell the stories Genny can no longer tell with a loved one.
