George Butler age 75, resident of Medina, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014. He was born on September 6, 1939 to Charles and Sally Butler in Newport, TN.
George served in the United States Navy for 18 yrs. On September 23, 1961 George and Karen (nee Kraushaar) were married.
He is survived by his beloved wife; loving family; daughter Kimberly (Richard) Miller, son Richard; daughters Peggy Comerford, Beverly (Mark) Bell, son Danny; brother John (Joan), step-brother Michael Kelsey; sister JoAnn (Bill) Leonard; sister-in-law Lynn Coppinger also 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
George is preceded in death by his parents and son Robert.
Memorial Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 11 AM to 12 Noon at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio. Celebration of Life Service to follow at Noon.
