GLENN L. ENGELKE JR.

Glenn Leonard Engelke, Jr., age 73, of Chesterland, OH passed away on January 16, 2019. He was born on July 17, 1945 in Selma, AL to the late Glenn and Margaret (nee Corrigan) Engelke.
Glenn was a dedicated and committed union member of IBEW Local 38; and a lifelong Euclid Panther. He was a generous friend to many and a loving father and grandfather.
He will be dearly missed by his sons, Michael (Tiffani), Eric (Jenny); grandchildren, Ethan, Mia, and Sydney.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael.
Friends may join the family for a Memorial Service on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 12:00PM at Newbury United Community Church, 14916 Auburn Rd, Newbury, OH. Inurnment will follow at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Brunswick, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Glenn’s name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105
