Imojean Adkins (nee Green), 75 of Brunswick, passed away November 9, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was born June 29, 1935 in Bim, West Virginia to Golden and Sylvia Green. Imojean married Dennis Adkins (deceased) and they shared 59 years together.
She is survived by her children Rusty (Carol), Doug (Donna), Joanna and Christina; siblings Irene (Doyle); grandchildren Steven (Diana), Nora (Matt), Brandi, Lexi, Jaqueline, Kenton (Cindy), Dwayne (Erica), Ronnie, Michael and Samantha and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael; brothers Estelle, Jeep and Raymond.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 5 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Rt. 303) Brunswick, Ohio. Visitation will be held at McVay Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell, Ohio on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 1-2 P.M. with funeral service to follow at 2 P.M.. Interment to follow in Halley’s Ridge Cemetery in Caldwell, Ohio.
