JAMES "DENNY" "MUSH" DAVISON

James “Denny” ‘Mush’ Davison, 64 of Brunswick, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Hospice of Medina at the Inn. He was born July 4, 1945 to James Harold and Elizabeth (nee Leskovec) Davison.

He was a United States Navy Veteran. He retired in 2009 as a Maintenance Supervisor Camera Sorter at Jacobson Manufacturing and also formerly employed at LTV Steel for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, Lake Erie, Hinkley Lake, gardening, grilling out, putzing around and spending time with his loving grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 40 years, Shirley Davison (nee Teron); his children; Lynette (Scott) Miller of Medina, Kristin Davison-Devericks of Cleveland and Tammie (fiancé Rocco Rodriguez) Davison of Brunswick; his brothers, Douglas Davison of Cleveland, David Davison of North Royalton and Phillip Dean (Barb) Davison of North Royalton; 6 grandchildren, Jalyn, Kyla, Hannah, Samantha, Juliana and Rocco Xavier, Uncle to many and his “Jerzy Ginger”.

He was preceded in death by his parents; James Harold and Bertha Elizabeth (nee Leskovec) Davison; and his sister Margaret “Meg” Davison.

Friends may call on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303). Please join the family for Graveside services on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
