He was born May 18, 1955 in Cleveland to James and Dorothy Filbin. Jim is survived by his beloved wife Kathleen “Katie” (nee Williams); loving and proud daddy to James “Jamie”; mother Dorothy; brothers Dennis and Gary (Irene) Filbin; niece Emily Filbin. He loved his family and friends. Jim owned and operated Green Acres Landscaping.
