James J Rieder age 74, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at The Kobacker House in Columbus Ohio. He was born in Columbus to Frank and Agnes
(nee Gassman) Rieder. Jim retired as a consultant for workers compensation system. Survived by his daughters; Julie and Becky Rieder, grandson JJ Rieder, brothers; Tom (Linda) Rieder, Michael (Kathleen) Rieder, Charles Rieder, MD, John Rieder, sisters; Mary Aldridge and Rita Berkhemer also by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Cheryl Parker and grandmother Helen (Gram) Gassman. Cremation has taken place per his request. Burial is private in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio. Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 were entrusted with arrangements.
