JAMES J SMILEY JR

James Joseph Smiley Jr., 37, of Chippewa Lake, Ohio, passed away on July 10, 2021. He was born on December 10, 1983, at Cleveland, Ohio to James Joseph and Rochelle Dawn Jones Smiley Sr.

He loved to gamble, go camping, road trips with friends, listening to Pink Floyd and anything that would give him a rush.

James is survived by his grandfather, James; brothers, Ricky, Frank and DJ Szymanski; Aunt, Linda (Guido) D'Agostino, Anetta Garret, Uncle, Jack Jones, nephews, Ayden and Braydon; and cousins Angelo and Anthony D'Agostino, Katie (Jack) Wolford, baby Jackson, Danny (Arielle) Walsh, Angelina and Audriana,

He was preceded in death by his parents, and aunt Cheryl Ferguson.

Please join the family for a Memorial Visitation for James on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Rd., Medina Ohio 44256 (corner of Rt 18 and River Styx Rd.) Inurnment will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.

Donations will be graciously accepted by Carlson Funeral Homes to help the family with the expenses of the funeral.
