Jillian W. Stier, 23 of Ravenna, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday October 9, 2012.
She was born on August 2, 1989 in Ravenna, OH.
Jillian loved playing softball and was part of the 2003 OGSO State Softball Champions. She loved going to the playground with her daughter, reading and writing, and coaching youth softball. She loved her role as an “aunt” not only to family but to friends as well. Her beautiful smile and sense of humor will be missed by all.
She is survived by her parents Roger (Joy) Stier of Akron and Dorothy Stier of Ravenna, daughter Laeyla Stier of Ravenna, her grandmother Carol A. Bowen of Windham. Siblings Melanie (Richard) Collopy of Garrettsville, Jodi (John) Duderstadt of Windham, Stephanie (Jon) Trego of Freedom, Michelle (Jes) Sprague of Florida, Karen (David) Barnes of Green, Scott (Alicia) Stier of Florida and Jeff (Fiancee Jessica) Carroll of Akron. Nieces and nephews Holly, Abby, Miley, Max, Mary, Samantha, Jordan, Kaitlynn, Kiley, Nicole, Cheyenne, MacKenzie, Jett, Landon, Alex, Megan, & Miranda. She is also survived by her fiancé Matthew Lovejoy III of Arkansas as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is predeceased by her grandfather John Bowen, grandparents Daisy & Alex Stier and uncle Daniel Bowen.
