JOSEPH CLAAR

Joseph E. Claar, 65, of Windham Ohio, passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 5, 2019. He was born on May 7, 1954 in Somerset County, PA to James and Margaret (Latchney) Claar.
He enjoyed going to camp on weekends with his cousins, fishing, hunting, canning and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Joe was a long time member and trustee with the Garrettsville Eagles Club. He looked forward to his yearly Vegas and Houston trip with his sisters and extended family.
Joseph is survived by his children, Brandi (Brad Lane) Claar and Mathew Claar; granddaughter Skylar Claar; grandsons Christopher Claar and Hunter Claar; siblings, Mary Ann Spencer and Clara "Cookie" (Ronnie) Shay and many loving nieces and nephews.
Honoring Joseph's wishes cremation has taken place. His burial will take place on Friday, July 12, 2019, 12:00 PM at the Windham Cemetery. A celebration of life service to be held on Friday, July 12, 2019, 1:00 PM at the Eagles Club, 8149 Water St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231.
