Joseph G. McGuinn 80, of Medina, previously a resident of Hinckley for 40 years, passed away in Medina, at Emeritus Camelot Place. He was born in Johnstown PA to Joseph and Joanna (nee Hagins) McGuinn.
Joseph served in the Naval Reserve for 8 years in Korea. He was a self employed bricklayer, during his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, landscaping, gardening, swimming, home improvement and piloting his Cessna airplane.
He will be remembered dearly by his wife Maria (nee Celigoj), daughter Jane (husband Michael) Bergman, sister Jane Fallon (husband Raymond-deceased).
Preceding Joseph in death were his parents, sister Phyllis and her husband Thomas Allen.
Private Visitation for family. Graveside service at 12 Noon Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Crown Hill Cemetery 8592 Darrow Road Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. (Please meet at cemetery’s main gate). Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services 3477 Medina Rd. Medina, Ohio were entrusted with the care fo Joseph.
