Marjorie W. Conner (nee Wicks), 94, of Garrettsville, passed away peacefully in her sleep with her loving son by her side, on Friday, December 13, 2013. She was born January 8, 1919 in Minnesota to Oscar and Irene Wicks.
She loved to travel with her friends, read, bird watch and get together with the Hiram Lunch Bunch. Marjorie was a true people person.
Marjorie is survived by her loving son Jeffrey Conner of Freedom Township.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Philip, son Richard and brother Marvin Wicks.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 11:00 – 12:00 noon at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Funeral Services will follow at Noon with Rev. Fred Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Center St. Garrettsville, Ohio.
