Mary Margaret Tench (nee Witt), age 55, of Brunswick, OH, passed away on November 12, 2013. She was the daughter of Lt. Colonel Francis J. Jr. and Mary Lou (nee Murray) Witt. She was born on April 19, 1958 in Youngstown, Ohio.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, wife, and friend to many who enjoyed spending time with her family. Mary was a dedicated mother and a beloved sister. She was an accomplished educator.
Mary will be dearly missed by her loving children James Jr. and Jennifer (Matthew) Tench Swain; sisters, Carolyn (John) Massie, Patricia (Dan) Szucs, Donna (Zane) Mueller; brothers, Jack (Leslie) Witt, and Bill (Gail) Witt and her beloved grandchildren, Jacob, Kayla, Alayna and Madalynn.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband James and her parents.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, (Corner of Rt. 18 & River Styx Road) Medina, OH 44256. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Colette Catholic Church, 330 W. 130 th Street, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.With a visitation at 10:00AM one hour prior to Mass. (PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH) Father Krizner will be officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 6303 Center Road, Valley City, Ohio.
