MARY ALICE TOOCHECK

Mary Alice “Sam” Toocheck, age 53 of Medina, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was born on October 31, 1962 to Edward and Carol (nee Enoch) Sullivan. She was a selfless woman driven by her love for her children. She was a strong and independent veteran with a huge heart, who found the greatest joy in helping others, supporting her children and spending times with loved ones. She enjoyed reading, dancing, the sunshine, attending country concerts with friends, volunteering and life.

Sam will be dearly missed by her father; children, Jessica and Chad; brothers, Michael (Diane), Danny, and Brian (Karen); in-laws, Joyce Toocheck, Diane Palmer, Debbie Toocheck, Dan (Tara) Toocheck; and David Toocheck. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis Xavier Church 606 East Washington, Medina, Ohio at 9:30 AM on Saturday March 5, 2016. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
