MAXINE HANSON

Maxine Hanson (nee Lovell), age 89 , of Brunswick, OH passed away on November 23, 2013. She was the Daughter of Hobart and Oma (nee Stephenson) Lovell. She was born on September 22, 1924 in Bybbe, TN.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an active member of Grace Baptist church since 1964. She enjoyed quilting and traveling.

She will be dearly missed by her daughters; Carol Ketler, Rose Smith, sons; Leonard Smith (Christine), Mitchell Smith (Rita), sisters; Nancy Lovell, Teresa Lovell and Geraldine Bagnoli, brothers; Hobart “Cricket” Lovell, Harry Lovell, grandchildren; James Ketler, David Ketler, Charles Ketler, John Ketler, Kevin Smith, Jennifer Russell, Jami Smith, Joshua Smith, Robert Lloyd, and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer, parents, daughter Patsy Smith, sister, Imajeane “Poot” Holt, and brothers Edward “Buddy” Lovell, Raymond Lovell.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Pastor R. Powers will be officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery, Brunswick, Ohio.
