Michael K. “Sonny” Zerucha, 78, of Windham, Ohio passed away on Friday August 11, 2017. He was born July 28, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio to Michael & Bertha (Rohland) Zerucha.
He was a member of the Garrettsville Eagles. Sonny loved to fish and hunt and watch drag racing with his family, whom he loved most of all.
Sonny will be dearly missed by his children Michael (Treva) Zerucha of Windham, Mark Zerucha of Garrettsville, Shelly (fiancé Jason Willson) Noble of Garrettsville, Sabrina (fiancé Nick Nibry) Zerucha of Windham; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings Stanley (Carol) Zerucha, John (Minnie) Zerucha, Wayne Zerucha, Emily (Norbert) Nagle; and his ex-wife Mary Ann Zerucha.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Elizabeth (Cookie), brothers Hubba (Arthur) and Buddy (George), and daughter-in-law Lori Zerucha.
Family and friends will be welcomed for Visitation on Saturday August 19, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
