MILDRED "GRACE' NOLAND

Mildred “Grace” Noland (nee Wicker) of Garrettsville, left to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday October 25, 2013 in Ravenna, Ohio. She was born to John and Elizabeth (Gettleman) Wicker on September 6, 1914 in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania.
She loved to embroider, go to church and join her friends at the Hiram Lunch Bunch.
Mildred is survived by her loving daughter Darlene (Dr. Richard) Mack of Liberty, Ohio; loving son Byron “Tub” (Gay) Noland of Garrettsville; grandchildren Ed (Lisa) Noland and Deborah Woodrum; great-grandchildren, Kassandra, Ryan, Libby and Kailyn; great great-grandson Hunter.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Merle E. Noland and her sisters Pearl Detwiler, Esther Shock, Ellen Banks, Mary White and Marie Walls.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the care of their mother to the nurses and aides of Longmeadow.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday October 30 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM with the Service immediately following at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Interment to follow at Park Cemetery, Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231.
In lieu of flowers donations would be graciously accepted by Longmeadow Care Center, 565 Bryn Mawr, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 or Tridia Hospice, 4680 Douglas Circle, Canton, Ohio 44720.
