PATRICIA DUVALL-DUSHENKE

Patricia Duvall-Dushenke, (nee Lengel), age 60 of Fort Pierce, Florida, formerly of Medina, passed away on December 3, 2016 in Florida. She was born on August 1, 1956 to Thomas Lengel Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Zoldak) in Cleveland, Ohio. Patricia was a proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. She was a Registered Nurse; Director of Nursing, previously employed at the Camelot Place Nursing Facility.

She will be dearly missed by her husband, Kenneth Dushenke; her mother Elizabeth; sons; Derick (April) Duvall Sr., Thomas (Kristine) Duvall; daughter, Marianne (Terry) Schillo; grandchildren, Autumn Conrad, Derick Duvall Jr., Cici Duvall, Madeleine Duvall and Braydon Duvall also many siblings. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas and her first husband James Duvall.

Interment of her cremains with military honors will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 1 PM in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, Seville,Ohio 44273. (Meeting at the entrance 15 mins prior). Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 assisted the family with local arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations are directed to any Chase Bank in her name.
