Patricia Karasek, 73, of Parkman, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. She was born August 17, 1937 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Edward and Virginia (Richards) Flynn.
Patty was a devoted member of the Garrettsville Church of God. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, canning and gardening. She was an executive secretary at Parker Hannnifin, Chrysler, and the Tenna Corp. and a Certified Reflexologist specializing in homeopathic medicine. She especially enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Greg (Tami) Karasek of Burton and Kenneth Wells of South Carolina; daughters, Kelly Wells of Bryan, OH, Trisha Karasek of Mantua, and Deena Keylin of Ashtabula; brother, Thomas (Janice) Flynn of Edinburg; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and beloved friend, Irene Shukey.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard.
Calling hours are 6-8 PM on Friday, September 17, 2010 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231 where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM with Rev. Kevin Crouch officiating. Burial will follow at Overlook Cemetery in Parkman.
